Who am I, what is it that keeps me here?
Having trust in thy self, means having no fear.

I am tossing and turning, understanding these words,
wondering how many layers are still holding me here.

Free, that is what I want to be,
undo myself from slavery.

Loving myself isn’t easy to do,
but it also brings happiness when I understand
that this is all I have to do.
